At our Nov. 19 meeting, we drew the winning name for our $5,000 fund-raising raffle. Tickets were $50 each,  nearly 200 were sold, and the winner took home a nice check. Doing duty in rotating all the entries was none other than Saginaw Mayor Dennis Browning, who also drew the winning ticket.
